Summer in NZ with Austins and other classics

We hope everyone is doing okay and are well, in sunny Queensland. We have had an 'out of the box' old-fashioned Southland summer ourselves, this year. Best one since 1988!!

Michelle and I have been making the most of it too, with a lot of miles being done in classic cars (our UC Torana, A90 Westminster and A40 Farina), including a couple of car shows, ("Aussie Make Day" at the annual Edendale Crank Up and the Otautau Car Show), plus visits to favourite spots around the province, for relaxing days by a stream or river somewhere.

The long days of warmth and sunshine have been very uplifting indeed, just like the reason we used to come to Queensland for, during our winters. Hopefully, we will get back there again one day. In the meantime, we'll gladly take this turn-around in our climate, to help ease the pain of the next winter.
