Kev Airton has arranged a run to Kingaroy in August - Details so far are:

Dates are the 11th and 12th of August. (Bulk accommodation for weekends in August are scarce).

Kev has booked the Oasis Motel in Kingaroy Ph # 4162 2399 and they are holding 12 rooms in his name until 18th July. $115 per night. If you are coming call the motel and book one of these rooms in your name.

This gives us 2 nights in Kingaroy. The plan is to have a Christmas In August dinner one night and a visit to the Observatory the other night.

Plan is to meet at the carpark in Fernvale (Opposite the Bakery/Pie shop) and drive to Moore for morning tea. Members coming from the northside and planning to drive via Kilcoy will meet up with the group at Moore. We will then proceed to Blackbutt for lunch and then on to Kingaroy. If you plan to attend contact Kev (0438 702 910) after you have booked and let him know. There will be another club meeting before we have this event so any finer details can be advised then.
