Wednesday 26th July

Starting from 2 points Caboolture (Caboolture Historical Village) Click Here

For the North Group and Ipswich (Cameron Park) Click Here

For the South Group, we will meet and wait for each other at Yarraman where we can have Morning tea. BYO at Errol Munt Sports Reserve. Click Here

There are coffee shops in Yarraman also.

From Yarraman drive north on A3 10.9klm and turn left on to Berlin Road toward Tarong and on to Kumbia. Here there is a sharp left turn toward Bell.

At Bell head toward Jimbour Station Homestead. (121klm) from Yarraman.

Drive to Dalby when ready. Check in to Accommodation.

Own dinner.

Thursday 27th July

Drive to Roma. via Chinchilla, Miles, Yuleba, Roma.

In Chinchilla Ladies can visit a craft store known to Margaret or visit the Chinchilla Historical Museum Click Here

Drive to Miles visit the Miles Historical Village Museum. Click Here

Drive to Roma. On arrival at Roma we will be greeted by the Roma Historical Motor Club. Click Here

They are suggesting we meet their members at the Roma Bowls Club for a combined club meal

Friday 28th July

Take the A55 Carnarvon Highway and drive to Surat 80 klms and then on to St George. Roma to St George is 196 Klms

In Surat visit the Cobb and Co Changing Station. Click Here

We can have morning tea there.

Head to St George and take in the Lake Beardmore Dam on the way. Click Here

(98.5klms) Turn right into Thungaby Road and drive to Dam wall.

Saturday 29th July

(9am) Take a visit and Morning Tea to the Heritage listed property of the Anchorage Homestead

11am Return to Motels to get ready for Races

Attend St George races 209 Johnston Road St George from 12 noon. Click Here

Take Grey Street and Carnarvon Highway A55 and turn right into Johnston Road.

Local St George car club likely to join us. It is likely they will arrange for us to park together.

Sunday 30th July

Depart St George and visit an Onion/Garlic growing farm (David Moon) then on to Nindigully Pub for lunch Click Here

After lunch drive to Goondiwindi and overnight. Own dinner.

Our drive to Goondiwindi will be via Thallon, Mungindi, then on the Caloona Boomi Road to Boomi and then into Goondiwindi

Monday 31st July

Drive to Toowoomba and attend Christmas in July Dinner at Downs Steam at The Drayton Railway Station. Click Here

Tuesday 1 August

Drive home
