Upcoming Events - Are you interested?

There are a number of events that occur every year, not Austin specific, but ones you can take your beloved Austin along to and enjoy. Here’s a few big car events happening this year:

RACQ Motorfest

Sunday, 12 July 2020

The fun, atmosphere and excitement of RACQ MotorFest will return to Eagle Farm Racecourse, Ascot on Sunday, 12 July 2020. As always, the event promises to have something for everyone.

Last year, thousands of car buffs and families turned out to see the 550+ prestige, vintage, unique and collector vehicles that were showcased in a colourful carnival environment.

In 2020, all the family favourites will return, including roving entertainment, market stalls, kids’ rides and food stalls. It’s undoubtedly Brisbane’s most inexpensive day out, with funds raised supporting the RACQ Foundation.

Jumpers and Jazz - Warwick

Sunday, 19 July 2020

Plans are in full swing for the Grand Automobile Display on Sunday 19 July in Warwick for the 2020 Jumpers and Jazz in July festival.

This event continues to grow each year. Over 300 vehicles were exhibited in 2019 in both Palmerin Street and Leslie Park. The aim for 2020 is for 350 vehicles.

You are asked to arrive from 8am for marshalling at Queens Park (map and exact details will be provided when you register). The aim is to have all cars in place by 9am when the music starts on the stages down town. Then its time to settle in, enjoy the event with a great cup of coffee and lots of friendly chats.

Please note the event will close earlier this year in response to feedback from exhibitors who need to get away earlier. It will be finishing at 2pm which means parts of street will be opened up to allow exhibitors to leave. One stage will be continuing until 4pm to entertain the festival goers and also car enthusiasts who may wish to stay on longer.
