Austin 1800 ute wins at Sydney car event

A panel of international automobile judges assessed more than 45 meticulously restored and maintained historic and iconic vehicles on show at the 2026 Sydney Harbour Concours d’Elegance held on Cockatoo Island, Sydney.

The classic cars were among more than 70 vintage vehicles, supercars, hypercars, motorcycles and boats on display at the three day event.

Amongst all of these prestigious category winning cars, including a 1933 Rolls Royce 20/25; 1934 Bugatti Type 57 Graber Roadster; 1954 Mercedes Gullwing was a 1968 Austin 1800 ute, which was judged winner of the Post-War Passion category.

Congratulations to the owners of this wonderfully restored Austin 1800 ute.
